THE ATHLETE’S MENTOR “RADIO TAKEAWAY” T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Alesch Solutions, LLC d/b/a The Athlete’s Mentor, PO Box 56, Algona, IA 50511 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older (minors 13–17 may enter with parental/guardian permission). Employees, agents, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Begins 12:00 p.m. CT June 4, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT June 11, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an entrant may earn entries on the Giveaway Facebook post as follows (each action must be positive, respectful, and comply with Facebook Community Standards):
- Comment one substantive takeaway - 1 entry per member (initial comment)
- Reply constructively to another member's comment - 1 entry per comment (unlimited distinct and constructive replies)
- Like another user's comment - 1 entry per like (unlimited likes)
- Like the post - 1 entry per person
- Send the Page a direct message with a thoughtful question, suggestion for future topic/show, or additional takeaway - 1 entry per member (1 DM)
Automated or repetitive entries (spam) are not valid and may disqualify the entrant. Tagging friends and/or sharing on personal timelines are not required to enter and do not count as entries.
5. Prizes (2)
One unisex T-shirt (black or white, size S, M, L, or XL at winner’s choice if available). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $25 each. Total ARV of all prizes = $50. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person.
6. Winner Selection
Sponsor will compile all eligible entries and conduct a random drawing on or about June 12, 2025 using WheelofNames.com; the screen recording will be retained for 30 days. Decisions are final. Winners will be announced via comment on the post and contacted via Facebook Direct Message. Winners must respond within 48 hours with shipping address and size; failure to respond or provide required information will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
7. General Conditions
Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees. No substitution or transfer of prize allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and Facebook’s Terms of Service, and warrant that their content is original and non-infringing.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, statements, and submitted content for advertising/publicity without further compensation, except where prohibited.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, FACEBOOK, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY OR RECEIPT/USE OF ANY PRIZE.
10. Facebook Disclosure
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not Facebook.
11. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administration of this Giveaway and prize fulfillment.
