This is the one time to be a little hard on yourself. To get a feel for this type of assessment, most high performers don't even score themselves at a 9 or 10. Be super honest with yourself on where you've been at (not just today, but in general). You have to start somewhere, and rating yourself higher than you are in reality, will not help you make true change, growth, and transformation.

I will challenge you and encourage you, and will never coddle or enable you. I'm here to help you break the cycle of stress, overwhelm, fatigue, and burnout. Let's do this.

One Last Why

As a high performance coach, trainer, speaker, author, and business owner, I must to be selective with whom I choose to work with - for far too many reasons to list. BUT... the most important:
